Overview

Get ready to stretch and stimulate your taste buds! Owner and chef Paul Grosz showcases his inventive and artistic style, deliciously marrying French and American cuisine. Grosz studied at Le Français and Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. This upscale dining establishment is the realization of his lifelong dream to own an award-winning restaurant. Cuisine is tucked away in a townhouse in the shadows of the Fisher Building, making it the perfect stop for a dinner before a show or for a post-show nightcap. Cuisine was named “Restaurant of the Year” by the Detroit Free Press in 2002.
